Sharing 分享 (1)

Today I went for a class
And the lesson talked about cancer.
So... As a friend, I should share what I learned from this lesson o.
*To Avoid some of the people who don't know Chinese/English, I type in both languages! It could helps me to improve my languages too! =D

How to reduce the percentages of having cancer with 10 habits
如何减少癌症的发生率的十大习惯

1)注意B.M.I指数
1)Always check your B.M.I

2)每天要流汗三十分钟
2)Do exercise 30minutes everyday

3)多喝中国茶,尤其是绿茶
3)Drink Chinese Tea, especially Green Tea

4)多吃新鲜蔬菜水果,最好是本地水果
4)Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, local fruits is recommended

5)避免脂肪的诱惑,比如说肉类和牛奶
5) Avoiding from eating fat/oily foods, especially meats and milk

6)少吃油和肉
6)Avoid from having too much of oily food and meats

7)戒烟和酒
7)Avoid from smoking and drinking alcohol (Stop is better than Avoid)

8)少盐少糖(比例:零食和汽水)
8)Avoid from having too much of salt and sugar (Example : Junk Food and Soft Drinks)

9)生产后的孕妇要喂母奶至少两周
9)Pregnant women have to feed "breast milk" after production at least 2 weeks

10)保持轻松的情绪
10)maintain a relaxed mood
